HOUSTON — Putting just a single topic of the Mexican energy reform into English is a challenge. We are currently working on a report on TITLE CONVEYANCE OF MEXICAN HYDROCARBONS (title page attached), a project not yet finished.

Any group that completes in English a full overview of the legislation deserves applause, even with the limitation of reporting only on what the legislation says (while omitting reference to what it doesn’t say). Baker & McKenzie presented their synthesis in Houston last week at an all-day seminar.
