OTC Audience Perceptions About Mexico’s Midstream

(Public Policy Perspective 10059 – Final Report on the OTC panel, Houston, May 31, 2019) This report draws on issues that were raised at the panel on Mexico’s midstream that was held at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) on May 7, 2019. The panel was structured into two segments: operators and service companies. At the end of each segment, a series of survey questions were posed for audience scoring.  The questions were about unresolved issues of commerce, public policy and regulation. Table 1 groups the audience responses as guidance for government authorities, Pemex and regulators. Annex A is the list of scores for each of the questions.
