Watch the speakers program during the opening ceremony of an oil history exhibit that presents unknown photographs about Mexico’s first oil boom (1900-1930). The event was hosted by the Houston-Tampico Sister City Association, the City of Houston, Hines and exhibit sponsors: BHP Billiton, Alpha Deepwater Services, Rodriguez Davalos Abogados, Santa Fe Natural Gas, Marcos y Asociados y BDO Mexico.
